Abstract: Multi-criteria decision-making tools assist the decision maker in evaluating the available alternative resources. This article presents the results of a study in which forecasts were made using non-traditional forecasting methods. Various supply chain cost elements were considered for analysis. A comparison was made using multi-criteria decision-making tools. Three tools, namely TOPSIS, MAPPAC, and ELECTRA, were used for evaluation. It was found that the decision taken on the basis of evaluation assists the organization in saving money and improving profitability significantly
