This article presents the results of a study in which forecasts were made using non-traditional forecasting methods. Various supply chain cost elements were considered for analysis. A comparison was made using multi-criteria decision-making tools. Three tools, namely TOPSIS, MAPPAC, and ELECTRA, were used for evaluation.
